If you really have to blow dry your hair then at least put leave-in conditioner while you do it. This will help keep your hair from getting too dry and falling out due to dryness. Unless you absolutely have to use it, avoid blow drying hair to help protect your hair from the damaging heat associated with blow drying.

Brushing enables the hair’s natural oils from your hair. This will evenly distribute your hair a natural shine.

If you have curly hair, limit hair-washing to twice per week.It is also important to make sure that you thoroughly rinse all shampoo out thoroughly.

Never use clothing on your hair.This does a massive amount of damage to hair, and it damages hair. There are better and inexpensive straightening irons that are safer to use.

Beer is one of those hidden secrets that can actually remove build-up in your hair. Residue can build up from multiple sources, leaving it looking lifeless and dull.Beer is excellent at removing this residue. Mix a cup of water with about six tablespoons of beer. Use this mixture after you condition your hair to remove residue build-up.

B6 is a vitamin that many people often don’t get enough of. It is a very essential part of keeping dandruff away, so be sure to include it in your diet. This reduces the probability that you will have a serious dandruff free scalp.

Braiding wet hair and sleeping with your hair that ways is a natural way to add curl to otherwise straight hair. If you’d like your waves to last for a longer period of time, you can use a bit of mousse or styling gel before you braid your hair.
